This amulet has a flat-backed plaque showing the dwarf god Bes full-faced, with a stylized lion mane and wearing a plumed headdress, There are added details in black pigment. The object has a loop hole for suspension and, like most amulets of Bes, was made to be worn as a protection talisman.
