Note : Notes: Blessing Ngobeni creates collages which highlight both current and past socio-political conditions in Africa. His work has a strong focus on notions of oppression, powerfully illustrated in this triptych. Ngobeni is the recipient of the 2020 Standard Bank Young Artist Award for Visual Art and his work forms part of numerous important collections worldwide.
Condition_report : The overall condition is very good. The paint and collage elements are stable and vibrant, with minor surface dirt along the edges of the canvas.
