Condition_report : Generally in very good condition. There are three small paint chips on the roof of the house in the upper right corner. A line of dark brown pigment on this roof line is starting to lift away from the canvas. There is a thin line of paint loss along the left margin in the top left corner where the frame has impressed on the canvas. Please note: this painting has not been examined out of the frame.
