Note : In the mid 1950s Krige moved to a studio appartment at 19 Dorp Street. In his monograph Fox opines:"Paintings show the interior of his studio and views through French doors onton the balcony with the street below....We glimpse the pub across the road and the facades of Long Street and Signal Hill in the distance, while interlocking bulding forms are reflected in the window panes".BIBLIOGRAPHY:Fox, J.
