Condition_report : This work is in very good condition overall. The sheet is hinged verso to the mat at the top edge and window matted. There is a light undulation the sheet and evidence of very minor wear and handling to the edges. Under close inspection, there is light rubbing to the surface and a few, scattered unobtrusive pinpoint surface accretions. There is a 1 1/2 inch tear to the lower edge of the sheet at the center.
