Condition_report : Condition: This work is in overall good condition. There are minor wear marks to the outer edges with some medium loss to the extreme corners due to age and the artist's choice of medium. There is a slight discoloration of the varnish. There are three minor holes as part of the structure of the wood on top left. There is a slight scratch on the centre right, on the leg of the sitter. There is no restoration apparent when viewed under the UV light. Colour: The catalogue illustration is fairly accurate. The colors in the original work are brighter, more saturated with a stronger contrast.
