Description : including an ancient Phoenician Core-Formed Glass Oinochoe, circa 4th century B.C. with trefoil mouth and pyriform body, the cobalt blue body decorated in yellow and turquoise with zig-zag bands (dug up in the presence of Alan Stepney Gulston in Merton Gardens, Oxford at the spot about 6 yards from the New Buildings); a Red Earthenware two-handled Bowl found near Bath; small Egyptian figures (bought from the Temple of the Sphinx in 1869) a lead badge/roundel, dated 1301, with two knights in masks; a spear head said to date from the Stone Age found near Londonderry; and other antiquities including an old bullet found at Derwydd in 1888.
