Description : A very impressive Egyptian bronze figure of the god Osiris, Late Period, c. 664 - 332 BC, beautifully detailed and depicted mummiform, wearing Atef-crown with uraeus and false beard, broad collar around his neck, arms folded at chest and holding a crook and flail. The figure with exquisite style and crisp detail, mounting tang below feet. H: 7 3/4 in (19.7 cm). Choice green and brown patina. Mounted on a custom lucite base.
