Bruxelles: Primedia s.p.r.l.Notes : Especially worth mentioning is the rare pedestal from the time before the 2nd World War. It comes from the hand of the Japanese Kichizô Inagaki (1876-1951), the most famous Socleur and master of his profession. In the 1920s and 1930s in Paris, he created custom bases for the best objects of today's legendary galleries such as Georges de Miré, Paul Guillaume and Charles Ratton. He always gave his works his unmistakable name stamp, called Inkan in Japan.Condition report : Both feet missing, phallus broken off and glued on.
