(6cm.), with old label on the base ink inscribed, 'Alabastron from tomb Luxor, guaranteed by Cairo Museum' and a tall slender Hellenistic banded alabaster alabastron, with two vestigial lug handles and narrow ground rim, circa 3rd-2nd Century B.C., 73/8in.
