Description : New Kingdom - Ptolemaic Period, circa 1550-30 B.C. Including glazed composition inlay fragments, one from a fish, the white glaze with blue linear decoration and umber scales, 13/8in. (3.5cm.), illegible ink numbers on one side, the other possibly a wing, the cream glazed decorated with added green and umber, 2¾in. (7cm.), ink inscribed on the back, 'TA35-36 64B', two blue glazed composition winged scarabs, the larger, 2in. (5cm.) length of scarab, 4in. (10cm.) width of wing span, the other mounted on a board, 24mm. length of scarab, 4in. (10cm.) width of wing span, two of the Four Sons of Horus in plaque form, one of jackel-headed Duamutef, 1¾in. (4.4cm.) high, mounted, an old label on the underside of the base ink inscribed with the number, '56', the other schematically rendered, possibly of human-headed Imsety, pierced at the top and bottom, 2in. (5cm.), a green glazed composition amulet of (?)Thoth, 15/8in. (4.1cm.) high, mounted, the lower half of a figure of Isis and Horus in blue glazed composition, 1¼in. (3.2cm.), a green glazed compositon head of Ptaichos, 1in. (2.5cm.), a re-strung necklace composed of green and blue glassy faience beads of cylindrical form, interspersed with spherical beads and a pendulum-shaped menat counterpoise, another re-strung necklace composed of green and blue glazed composition mummy beads with an amulet of Bes, 20mm., a large group of small glazed composition amulets, including approximately twenty small udjat eyes, a falcon-headed terminal, 20mm., a Djed pillar, 20mm., and approximately twenty other small glazed composition amulets, a limestone seated animal, 1¼in. (3.5cm.) high, head missing, ink inscribed, '1160', a small bronze situla, the body decorated with a procession of deities, 31/8in. (8cm.), repaired, a bronze amuletic offering table, 2¼in. (5.5cm.), a damaged lion-headed counterpoise, 31/8in. (8cm.) high, other glazed composition and bronze items, and twelve Roman glass beads of squat spherical form, some plain and some with splashed decoration (a lot)
