Description : Ancient Northern Africa, Tidikelt, ca. 5000 to 3000 BCE. A fine gathering of 29 hand-knapped stone arrowheads of triangular, concave, and notched forms. The colors of the arrowheads range from pink and peach, to orange and caramel, to russet, burgundy, gray, and black. Arrowheads like these were hafted to the ends of wooden arrows and fired from long distances towards their target.
