Descripción : FOUR EGYPTIAN BRONZE AMULETS Late Period, circa 664-332 B.C. A cat in the seated position, 26th Dynasty, circa 664-525 B.C., with suspension ring, 2.6cm high, the jackal-headed god Anubis, protector of tombs, stood with the left foot forwards, 26th dynasty, circa 664-525 B.C., with suspension ring, 2.9cm high, an amulet depicting Min, traditional representation holding the flail in the right hand and wearing the crown of Amon, with suspension ring, 4.3cm high, an amulet of the serpent-headed Nehebkau, guardian of the entrance to the underworld, wearing a wig a a short kilt, 4.5cm high (4) Provenance: Property from the collection of Madge Kirkham (1925-2016), acquired from Charles Ede Ltd, the cat and Anubis acquired in April 1990, the Min acquired in September 1982, and the Nehebkau acquired in October 1982. The Min and Nehebkau accompanied by Certificates of Authenticity, the Nehebkau dated 1982.
