Descripción : Very old and fascinating old Dogon ladder from Mali, West Africa. This is a Gorgeous old example with a deep well handled patina from generations of hands and feet climbing up and down for over a century. I have handled many Dogon ladders over the last 22 years, and this has to be one of the oldest I have had the pleasure to offer. This ladder was previously in the collection of the noted great Explorer Dr Peter Rona. Custom mounted.
