Descripción : A lot of 6 Near Eastern chalcedony beads and 3 Roman Spindle Whorls. Lot includes six banded chalcedony beads, c. 1st Millennium BC, tapered at each end and drill lengthwise for suspension, (Largest 5.3 cm), and a trio of Roman bone spindle whorls, Egypt, c. 2nd - 5th Century AD, nicely decorated with incised lines and/or concentric circles. (Largest 2.9 cm in diameter). Ex Los Angeles private collection.
