- A bustling, urban and industrial West African city, its children are at the heart of Boua's work
- Street children are vulnerable to abduction, slave labour and sex trafficking
- The dark undertones are nonetheless evident with materials such as torn card, scraped paint and tar
- However once all these textures are merged together, they show children smiling and often playing sport
- Creating a tension between their innocence and the danger that they face
