Literature :
Notes : Christo Coetzee was a South African artist closely associated with the Japanese avant-garde art group called Gutai group during the 1950s and 1960s. This reactionary group was formed in response to the conservative artistic ideas of the time. They were known for their large-scale multimedia environments and theatrical events and their work emphasised the relationship between body and matter.
