Sale Title : Paul Onditi has developed a highly experimental process, blending materials, techniques and media to create rich paintings of a personal, imaginative world. An atmospheric relationship is created between Onditi's recurring lonesome figure and his complex, layered surroundings which the artist uses to contemplate human experience and consciousness. Onditi studied Art at the Hochschule für Gestaltung Offenbach am Main, in Germany. Over the past few years his works have gained significant international attention he has been exhibited widely in Kenya, Germany, and the USA. In 2016, he had a solo presentation in VOLTA, New York and in 2017 he was one of the artists selected to represent Kenya at the 57th International Art Exhibition of La Biennale di Venezia, Venice.
