Comprising a Shona headrest, of hardwood and characteristic form, carved and pierced on both sides with concentric circles between X-shaped supporters, the latter each with lines of dots; a West African cast brass oliphant decorated with twisted wire ornament, and with two rings for suspension; an Edo bell with cast and incised decoration including a double scrolled loop on one side; and a West African (Baule or Yoraba) colon figure, of wood carved in the round as a male figure in uniform, and retaining traces of polychrome decoration (4)
