Including a bright blue glazed composition scarab inscribed with sunken text for 'the good god, Lord of the two lands' mounted as a pendant with modern metal, New Kingdom, 18mm long, a miniature green glazed composition shabti, 35mm long, and two miniature bronze amulets of Osiris, with suspension hoop at the back, Late Period, 4.2cm long (4) Provenance: English private collection of Mr Hathaway, acquired whilst in Egypt in 1935, thence by descent. Accompanied by a handwritten letter dated 22 March 1935, Cairo, describing another royal scarab and its impression.
