A grey-green slate offering plaque, square aside from a small, rectangular projection that serves as a handle. The plaque is decorated on one side with incised motifs shown a scene of various vessels and human figures, one of whom has a large red garnet eye. Two holes are drilled through the base of the plaque, perhaps allowing it to be worn as a pectoral. This was made to be given as an offering, worn during ceremonies, or buried with its owner.
