Description : Part of the raised bent leg of an asymmetrical squatting statue, the arm rests along the thigh with the hand placed on the knee-length kilt, the lap of the kilt is inscribed with nine columns of hieroglyphs giving a list of generic self-lauditory epithets, including, 'known to his lord as one who is excellent', 'who is in the heart of the good god alone and without another' and 'Who is a favourite of his lord', the name of the owner is not however mentioned, 7 x 8 1/2 in. (17.8 x 21.5cm.)
