Description : **Originally Listed At $250** Egypt, Late Dynastic Period, 26th to 31st Dynasty, ca. 664 to 332 BCE. A mold-formed faience ushabti covered in traces of blue-green glaze. The figure stands in mummiform with fused legs atop an integral plinth and dorsal pillar, holds a pick and hoe in crossed arms, and has a seed bag incised behind the left shoulder. The peaceful countenance is defined by a broad nose, cupped ears, ovoid eyes, a false beard, and a wide forehead beneath a tripartite wig.
