These masks comes from the Choke. It belongs to the famous category known as Manna Êtwo Êand had performed during the ceremonies of circumcision and Êinitiation of Young boys. The headdress Êattached to the mask is well preserved. The face shows Êtypical Choke scarification patterns and expression. Delightful piece to add to any collection. Mid 20th. C. Condition having hole in top appears possibly made that way to make it appear older, ends of broken section have same color as rest of mask inside, no fresh clean looks, other wise good.
