Description : Egyptian turquoise blue glazed composition necklace (acq. 1906 Egypt, Dubois, exhibited museums: Met NY 1920, Boston 1945, MoM CA 1968) comprising of 36 ball beads (1/2 dia /1cm) strung together with a beautiful lotus-head terminal (2 x 1 1/2 / 5 cmx4cm) with 4 holes at end for attachments. The pendant is attached at top hole to the necklace with a newer metal ring, couple of small faience beads at either end & a newer clasp at each end of necklace.
