Composed of a bronze disc inserted into a wood handle in the form of a papyrus column, with foliage incised into the capital, 29.3cm high. Provenance: Mele gallery 1977, Mrs Susan McAllister, Sands of Time, Private collection of a lady, Rome, acquired prior to 2004.
