Description : Third Intermediate Period, 1070-712 B.C. The miniature openwork shrine containing a free-standing ram-headed aegis, the top of the front panel of the shrine adorned with a winged solar disk, the left panel with a seated human-headed deity wearing the Red Crown and supporting an ostrich feather, the right panel with a seated falcon-headed deity surmounted by a crescent moon and solar disk, also supporting an ostrich feather, the back panel with a spread-winged falcon wearing a solar disk, with smaller ostrich feathers above each wing 1 3/8 in. (3.5 cm.) high
