Worn during funerals and rites of passage, Yoruba masks often have an elaborate coiffure. Residual polychrome accents scarification on cheeks and forehead. Unsigned, Condition good, finish loss, minor chip in headdress. Attributed late19th/early 20th century. 13L x 8W
