Description : African Ceremonial Wooden Mask-Helmet, Lulua Tribe, 20th century, whose people are situated along the Lulua River in Congo, depicting relatively small pointed face, decorated with engraved scars along the forehead, cheeks and sides, a rolling Goat Beard is protruding off its lower side, along the mask's edges on the upper part there are holes attached with enveloping braided straw threads, and long painted straw tassels on top of them. Mask measurements: 26X18 cm. Light flaw to the mask's upper part: crack and a small missing piece.
