Description : u - A POLYCHROME TERRACOTTA CANOPIC JAR LID, 18TH DYNASTY, PROBABLY PERIOD OF TUTHMOSIS I/ AMENHOTEP II, 1493-1400 B.C. finely molded in the form of a head of one of the four Sons of Horus, wearing a beard with curled tip and voluminous wig, the face with outlined lips, fragmentary aquiline nose, and large wide-set eyes.
