Condition report : The ring is repaired from large fragments, with three breaklines visible on the hoop, with yellowish modern glue visible along the breaklines. The Nephthys bust has also likely been reattached, as there is a hairline crack visible running along the surface where the bust meets the hoop, though there is no glue visible like with the other breaklines. There is some shallow loss behind the bust above the hoop, where the glazed surface is gone and a creamy white surface is visible.
The exterior surface of the ring beneath the lotus flower beneath the bust of Nephthys is worn and a lighter colour; the glaze is rougher in this area. This same discoloured surface is visible alongside one edge of the ring, the top of the goddess's headdress, her uraeus, and the outer edges of her aegis. With minor pitting and other wear overall.
