Unusual carved stone slab of a type similar to those found in the Bura culture primarily of eastern Nigeria but purportedly found in southwestern Chad. A tall, thin sculpture with nearly rounded eyes, a long nose, and an oval open mouth delinated in low-relief. The body is thin and rectangular - lacking any additional features. A fine rare example.
